Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026. This policy covers the octotack app and the website octotack.com, run by Octotack Media ("we").
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), the content you and your team add to the app (projects, chats, files, invoices), and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.
Google Drive
If the administrator connects Google Drive, the app asks for access to Google Drive so it can list the video folders of our clients, copy finished videos into them and move them between folders (for example Raw Footage, Finished Videos and Old Videos). We use this access only for those functions. Sign-in tokens are stored on our server, never in your browser, and are not shown to anyone. We do not read file contents for any other purpose, do not sell or share Google data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use data
Only to provide and improve the service for you. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our hosting providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) under their security terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and data at any time using the contact below.
